Myriad Yoga currently is not offering a 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training. Please check our Events & Workshops page for information on further advanced training workshops and continuing education or email yoga@myriadfit.com.

200 hours is often the beginning for most. It maybe one more training in years of accumulating knowledge, yoga, or otherwise. Practicing yoga can offer plenty of insight on our mats but a formal training offers us helpful knowledge including yoga’s history, ancient philosophy, anatomy, modern science, ethics, and much more in a communal setting to deepen our understanding of yoga on & off our mat.

What is your investment?

-200+ hours of education and practice. Time is our personal religion. Giving value to something when we offer our energy and time to it.

-Early Bird ends June 30th. $2900 includes unlimited yoga classes during training at Myriad Yoga. Regular program pricing of $3300 begins July 1st.

Who is this for?

Almost anyone. Practice in yoga is something that is done consistently over a long period of time. Most of us have an ebb & flow relationship with our yoga practice. This is for anyone wanting to deepen their knowledge, formally commit to learn about yoga, and those interested in teaching yoga to their communities.

Who's facilitating this training?

-Purvi Lippincott, E-RYT 500, YACEP has taught over 3000 hours of yoga and taken over a thousand hours of training including many styles such as Restorative, Hatha, Power & Vinyasa, Katonah . She has studied across the globe including her 300 Hour RYT in Kerala, India.

-Jeremiah Elliot Jr. RYT-500 & Madison Baldini RYT-200 have over a thousand hours of combined teaching experience. Each has studied a variety of styles of yoga.

When do we meet?

Regular Schedule:
-In-person: Sunday 11A-430P
-Virtual: Thursday 530-830P


Long Weekends:
-Friday 530-830P in-person, Saturday
1030A-130P virtual, Sunday 11A-430P in-person

Dates:
-Runs August 1 - December 11
-Meet every Thursday and Sunday
-Long Weekends: August 26 - 28, October 14 - 16, December 9 - 11
-Breaks: August 29 - September 10 and Thanksgiving November 24 - 27

-Weekly schedule tapers as the program progresses, meeting more often in the beginning both in-person and virtual.
