CrossFit Deep Dive returns to Myriad on Wednesday, July 24th.
What’s in every awesome WOD?
That’s right, the clean. Nothing beats the energy and feeling of rippin’ some heavy cleans.
No one’s doing burpees in their dreams.
If you’re limited by technique or just don’t know what to do, take some time to work on your clean in this months deep dive. Join coach Dan German of Myriad Weightlifting for a one hour breakdown of the clean. Learn, work on your lifts, have fun and throw some weights around.
Here’s what to expect in this month’s CrossFit Deep Dive:
Join Coach Dan to learn the technique behind the clean on Wednesday, July 24th from 6:30-7:30pm for this month’s CrossFit Deep Dive.
- – Develop a conceptual and practical understanding of creating an efficient clean from the floor.
- – Develop the general qualities around the clean including triple extension/flexion timing and contact
- – Strategies for improving mobility in certain positions to increase efficiency of the movement i.e. Front Rack
