Ended up at 155#
Failed the jerk at 175# (New PR on Clean!!! I definitely could have gone higher in weight for my clean. Good day.)
Hmm, not super woman today. Got to 88# which is 10# under PR. Boo!
110# PR
Reached 175#. Failed at 185#. I think my squat clean is getting better, just need to get more comfortable at higher weight.
120# PR. Definitely getting stronger!
125# PR. YAY!
Struggled today.
WOD_135 lbs (Jerk PR)
I remember when I couldn’t get 135 above my head just last Thursday. Crazy how much technique matters; really worked on the split jerk today, especially at lighter weight. Looking forward to ramping it up in the future.
