low round 40, high 57. Lowest score was on the rower due to a bad transition. it’s a even with 10 seconds of rest every 30 seconds this is a mental grind. I like WOD’s like this that challenge the mind and the body.
I hated but loved this workout at the same time.

Really enjoyed today’s workout. Feel like I challenged myself, but know exactly where to improve for better numbers and more consistency between rounds.
