In our humble opinion, NOW, is always the best time to start a new habit or make a lifestyle change.
As the famous Chinese proverb states:

“The best to to plant a tree is twenty years ago. The second best time is now.”


The same goes for fitness.
We want you to find a rhythm and habit that works for you.

Summer is over.
Kids are back to school.
You are settling back into work after lots of travel.
Sunday football is back (and Saturday football for those college fans out there).

So let’s check in with ourselves…
How is your sleep? How is your fitness? How is your nutrition? How is your physical state? How is your mental state?
Rate these on a scale of 1-10.

If you find yourself below a 6 on any of these (and six is being generous), then take a deep dive on what needs to happen to boost that score. TLDR:
