Join Myriad Yoga with special guests Tiffianie King of 3BFIT + Tiffany Spears of Se7ven Chakra Candles as they provide an elevated healing experience of the mind, body + spirit through frequency sound healing + guided meditation. During this season of extra sunlight, it can be helpful to take dedicated time towards rest + mindfulness, to help us avoid burning out.
Sound healing is a passive meditative modality designed to shift your awareness through the use of sound. This immersive sensory experience has a profound physiological effect on the human body, downshifting brain wave states and eliciting a parasympathetic response, which promotes deep rest + relaxation.
Meditation is the habitual process of training your mind to focus + redirect your thoughts.
Meditation can be used to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings, while encouraging stress reduction. Tiffany Spears – Certified Sound Healer
Tiffany Spears is a certified Sound Healer trained under the tutelage of Tyfanie Creates level 3 Sound Healer. Music has been a part of her life since an early age with musical training in piano, choir + flute. As a healer, incorporating sound bowls was a natural elevation in her practice + is grateful to be moving in her purpose + being able to share her gifts with the world.
Tiffianie King — Certified 200HR Vinyasa Meditation/Yoga Trainer
Ms. King first began mediation in 1997 as a relief for her addictions, anxiety + depression. Tiffianie noticed the relief of her frequent anxiety bouts + the calmness of her thoughts + decided to use the techniques on a larger level, with her students.
Tiffianie later went further, creating a mindfulness program designed to teach individuals how to retrain their Brain, to reframe their thoughts, to redirect words to refocus their actions! “One breath at a Time”
