WOD: 10:36, using 95 lbs, blue band for muscle up scaling. 5 rounds
I should have used a dry erase board to keep track of the rounds (i was 1/2 way through my sixth round before i was sure i was done). apparently AMRAPs make it so i can’t count to five (pretty sad).

WoD yesterday after killer rowing. Time was 9:58. All MUs un broken except round 5 I did two sets of 2. Great WoD full of suck list skills.
DL max at 113#; WOD – 13:44 w/ 33# OH and 63# DL, assisted dip (blue) instead of muscle ups….need to work on wall climbs, probably got 1 good one out of each set
I was terrible at MUs during this WOD and believe I was in the 14-15 Minute time frame for actually completion of the WOD.
