Well. That’s Coach Shane to a tee!

Shane has been a member at Myriad / NapTown since August 2012. Yes, do the math on that. Shane has been doing CrossFit and engaged in the Myriad community for 13 years! Learn his secrets to building a sustainable habit of fitness by watching the full video episode on YouTube.

Shane recently joined the coaching staff here at Myriad and he has been an excellent addition! His 13 years of fitness experience lends well to him teaching on the floor… especially the cardio movements! If you need any advice on how to improve on the Echo Bike, Ski Erg, or Rower… do not hesitate to ask Coach Shane.

His favorite thing to do in CrossFit is the Echo Bike. (surprise surprise)

When Shane is not on the floor coaching, he likes to spend time with family, take CrossFit classes, go golfing, and DIY projects.
