  1. So glad that I’ve lost 30 lbs!
I dropped the bench weight to 225 (10# less than my body weight), but it was still pretty tough!
    Bench Press: 3/1 (Most/Least)
    Pull-ups: 16/10

  2. Modified with ring push-ups. Last round of pull-ups was by far my best round of pull-ups in the history of my life. Hmm…must be the new coach! Could this be the end of my long-term green band relationship. I sure hope so, he is just so clingy!
    Push-ups 14/10
    Pull-ups 18/8

    1. I wish we could put a “like” button on the blog, I would “like” the post about the clingy band.
Great work once again 6am crew!!!

      1. I would also “like” the clingy band comment and add that the green band will probably RESIST the most when Liz tries to break up with it….
Great job to the coaches this morning, as well! Moises did a fantastic job organizing the 6AM zoo.

  3. Hit this up at 9am with Jake S.
I didn’t realize how tough this really is.
The breaks seemed to not matter towards the end.
    Rounds were
    Bench (171 pounds/pull ups

Think I took it too easy on the pullups. I didn’t want to burn out in the first few rounds. Oh well. Still need to work on my kipping technique.

  5. I THINK it was 12/8 on the ring pushups and 12/9 on the pull ups with the red and blue bands.

I’m still in the honeymoon stage with the green band.

  7. Well i am here in spirit and mind, however my body is in Michigan and i had to great opportunity to use the Marriott Gym for this WOD.
My weight this week is 223 and my 1 rep max for bench is 225. I could only do 225 once so i dropped the weight to 185 to get a “scaled” workout. (Okay call me a sissy)
    Here it was.

BTW without chalk the sweaty, greasy pullup bar sucks!!!
Great job everyone. Have a great night
