Did the following at my fiancee’s box:

Deadlift (225#)
Burpees
Power Cleans (135#)
Finished around 18:30
1 mi in 6:58. Definitely looking to shave at least a minute off this within the next few weeks. Great job on the agility ladder 5:45 am class. Loved the Burpees comment!

6:30…felt good. Best part was consistency…1st and 2nd laps both at 3:15.
1st time visiting the new 7 am class. It was a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Have a great weekend everyone.
WOD – 1 mile run 5:57
“stuff” was fun this morning.
WOD 1 mile run in 9:55. I was happily surprised at this, and I was able to negative split the run, 5:05 first lap and 4:50 on the second lap. Great time at 0545 class.
WOD – 8:40 mile run
Fastest since I was in high school. Faster pace for the first 800 meters will definitely help me get under 8 minutes next attempt.
A lot of fun at 5:45AM.
WOD – 6:48.. Great 545 class!
11:21 mile with 5:21 split. Definitely some work to do, but I didn’t stop running and sprinted the last 200! Agility ladders were a lot of fun!

Disappointed to not get into 6 minutes. Maybe it was that stupid traffic I had to stop for twice at Fort Wayne.
One Mile: 8:37 – a minute faster than this time last year
8:08 on da mile… I’m happy because my goal was not to stop and I didn’t!!
Class was all over the place today… I loved it:) it was like we covered so many things… Martin did a great job on the ladder.
