Our 6-WEEK HYROX TRAINING PROGRAM begins Monday, September 15th.
We have two sessions available:
1) AM Session = 5:00am – 6:00am on Mondays and Wednesdays
2) PM Session = 6:30pm – 7:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays


📙 Some 🥳 FUN 🥳 Facts 📙

– This series is open to the public.

– You don’t have to be training for a HYROX to do this Series or to take HYROX classes.

– If you are looking for something different and less skill intensive, this training is for you! (more cardio-like workouts)

– We have three experienced HYROX Coaches leading the training for each session.

– We have all the necessary HYROX specific equipment needed for optimal training.

– Two in-person sessions and one @home running workout assigned per week.

– Includes a Half HYROX event on Saturday 10/11 as a run through for participants.

– We are investing in one of the best programming systems in the fitness industry for our sessions.  We will be using PRVN HYROX for our in-person sessions. (see more below)

– If you are unable to make an AM Session, you can mix and match and come to the PM session that night. So lots of flexibility for your schedule on getting your training in.
