Quarterly Family MOVE returns on Sunday, January 25th!
Kids feeling squirrel-y this winter? Need a way to burn off some extra energy?? Join Myriad for Family MOVE!
Each quarter, Myriad features a Family MOVE-style class — this class is meant to be casual + fun with no pressure to perform or compete. Family MOVE is a great way to enjoy playful time with your kids and teach them that exercise and fitness can and should be fun!
January MOVE is a great way to get out of the house if you are feeling cooped up this Winter 🙂
This class will work best with younger children, ages 2 – 9. This is a judgement free class where it is OK for your baby to cry and your kid to be loud.
This class is free for all Myriad Members and their families. If you have friends interested in joining, drop-ins for class will be $14 / family.
