FAMILY MOVE CLASS
Our next Family MOVE class returns Sunday, October 4th!
Summer is over and we’re all starting to get cooped up indoors 😬 With the pool closed you may be looking for new, fun family activities. That’s why we started Family MOVE – a place to provide indoor space for kids to play, burn off extra energy, and show them that health + fitness is fun! Join Myriad for Family MOVE!
Each quarter, Myriad features a Family MOVE-style class — this class is meant to be casual + fun with no pressure to perform or compete. Family MOVE is a great way to enjoy playful time with your kids and teach them that exercise and fitness can and should be fun!
October MOVE is a great way to enjoy some play time with other kids and families just as cooler weather is setting in 🍂.
This class will work best with younger children, ages 2 – 9. Family MOVE is a judgement free zone where it is OK for your baby to cry and your kid to be loud.
Class is free for all Myriad Members and their families. If you have friends interested in joining, drop-ins for class will be $14 / family.
