We are having Free yoga after the 10:30 class. It will run from 11:45-1pm. Bring a mat if you have one. We still have room for a few more people for the Fundamentals class on Wednesday. We are having our party on the 21st at Kilroy’s nothing crazy, just an opportunity to get together outside of the box. WOD: Teams of 2-3 people depending on experience. 10 rounds 20 pull ups 10 squat snatch 100/68 20 Wall balls 20/14 5 muscle ups (sub is 5 ring dips and 5 burpees)]]>
