To answer you both, yes I was dead after it, haha. I was trying to stay over 300 each round, but I think round 2 I hit 299. Then I kept it over 290 every other time with the lone exception being that 289. I got a taste of what it feels like to be you afternoon guys, now that the goals were all set!

Yes, this was a disappointing week for me at Naptown. I can feel my muscles shrinking! Ill be back on Monday. HOPE it up for me, I will be at the M22 Challenge, using my always varied CF training for some run/bike/kayaking!
I think the rule should be: 2 Burpees per mile you’re moving away.
