You May or Not have noticed above the big white board.  We now have GOAL BOARDS… Do you want a muscle up by 2013… write it down.  How bout 100 Double Unders?? Or maybe 1 Double Under??!!!…. write it down and own it on the board.

    1. Holy crap yo!!! That is impressive!!! Were you hurting at the end? You kept a very good pace if 289 was your low ball… Dang #beastmode!!

      1. To answer you both, yes I was dead after it, haha. I was trying to stay over 300 each round, but I think round 2 I hit 299. Then I kept it over 290 every other time with the lone exception being that 289. I got a taste of what it feels like to be you afternoon guys, now that the goals were all set!

    1. not allowed! We have a big weekend and you are trying to move from us.
      New rule, every day you are sick now is an extra day you owe us before you leave.

        1. Yes, this was a disappointing week for me at Naptown. I can feel my muscles shrinking! Ill be back on Monday. HOPE it up for me, I will be at the M22 Challenge, using my always varied CF training for some run/bike/kayaking!
