Being January and all, Coach Marta and Coach Jared wanted to drop some knowledge bombs, and share what they have found to help them kickstart their 2025. They each share two habits + hacks they have used early in the new year to help their days be brighter and more productive.

Marta’s Share:
1) Insight Timer: Marta has been using this app to help her with her sleep as it has many Yoga Nidra offerings.

2) Early morning Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Cocktail: Marta drinks this concoction first thing in the morning before she does anything else. Just boil about 8-10 ounces of water, add a pinch of pink himalayan sea salt and you are good to go. If you want to spice it up, you can add a splash of lemon or even a small pinch of coconut sugars. This will help hydrate your muscles and get your systems back on track for the day.

Jared’s Share:
1) Factor Meals: From a time saving perspective this has been the biggest help in 2025. Every week these never-frozen meals are sent to the house which makes it super simple to always have healthy food available in the fridge rather than door-dashing food on a daily basis. Plus, they taste good!

2) Rucker 4.0 : This GORUCK bag is heavy duty and built to withstand lots of weight being carried for ruck walks. Ruck walking allows for a good workout to take place while accomplishing other tasks; walking the dog, going on a family walk, walking while listening to a book, podcast, or even a work call. Who doesn’t love multi-tasking to the extreme?!?!
