“For Time” with Myriad – Episode #61

Happy New Year!
Myriad Fitness + Yoga owners, Caitlin and Jared Byczko, jump on a quick episode of “For Time” with Myriad to wish the community a Happy New Year and to share some personal goals for 2025.

Hot on the heels of finishing the “Hidalgo” CrossFit Hero workout… (like literally 10 minutes prior to shooting the video), the Byczko’s share about their experience with Hidalgo as a NapTown/Myriad Tradition over the years. Caitlin even throws out a CRAZY-lofty goal for 2025’s New Year’s Eve Hidalgo Workout. Will you support her?

Myriad is also really excited to share our Annual Calendar at a Glance which we will be distributing in person throughout the first week of January. This will be a great way for you to block your calendar for all the fun events we will be hosting throughout the year within our Yoga, Weightlifting, and CrossFit programs. The best way to plan for the future is to know what is happening. It’s only taken us 14 years to finally figure out how important it is to communicate our intentions for the entire year to our members 🙂
