Tomorrow is Open Gym HERO WOD day. All the WODs are made up and Named after fallen military personnel. Come in and honor our Hero’s!

Gym is ONLY opened from 10-1pm on MONDAY. It is open gym, meaning no set class time. All WODs must be complete by 1pm, so plan accordingly.
