WOD: 16:56 with 1 pood
~16:45 as RX’d save for a few questionable reps near the end.
This was one of the nastiest WOD’s I’ve encountered. Phew.
11:2? I got to jump in with the noon class. It felt great to workout with a group. Body was feeling solid today. I enjoyed the wod and am looking forward to tomorrow.
I forgot to mark my time but it was around 20:30
I was just coasting. I was slow, sluggish, and it was not the best. I can definitely do better
