“For Time” with Myriad – Episode #84
1 Year Anniversary Alert!
Just over a year ago, we transitioned to becoming a Level Method gym. There was some heavy lifting (pun intended) on the front end, but we’ve fallen into a solid rhythm with the daily programming, the Chalk It Pro App, and most importantly with Foundations.
Foundations? What is that?
Well… we are glad you asked 🙂
For any new member who is joining our group fitness program, they must take our Foundations Course which is 4 (four) one on one sessions with a Foundations Coach. During those four sessions, they will complete 15 assessments and achieve an overall “color” (similar to the Karate color belt system). Then when they come to class (after graduating Foundations), they will have 7-8 different colored workouts to choose from and based on the color they earned during their Foundations, that would be their workout.

Step 2: We get you signed up for Foundations
Step 3: You take 4 (four) one on one sessions with a trained fitness professional (your coach).
Step 4: After your four sessions, you take a CrossFit class with that same Coach to welcome you to your first official class.
Step 5: You get hooked and never stop talking about CrossFit 🙂
