BikeROX is for YOU!
BikeROX is everything you love about HYROX without the running. Join us for a full simulation where all weights, distances and movements mimic an official HYROX race, EXCEPT for the runs! For each 1000m run, you will sub out 2.75k (male) / 2.5k (female) on then Rogue Echo bike.
- Both SINGLES and DOUBLES will be allowed to compete.
- Unlike a typical HYROX race where partners run together, DOUBLES will split the work on the bike. Only one partner will bike at a time.
- All genders and all ages are invited to join. *This will be a friendly competition.

When: Saturday, January 31st
Time: First heat begins at 8:00 am
Investment:
- MEMBER Pricing – $30 / SINGLES | $60 per team / DOUBLES
- NON-MEMBER Pricing – $50 / SINGLES | $100 per team / DOUBLES
