🎓 Advanced Yoga Training = Better Classes for You

One of the biggest updates to Myriad Yoga in Indianapolis starts with our teaching team.

Our Yoga Program Lead, Marta, has completed their 300-HR Yoga Teacher Training, bringing a deeper level of expertise into Myriad Yoga as a whole.

Throughout 2025, Marta worked through her 300-HR Teacher Training with Jules Mitchell, a Las Vegas based yoga teacher and educator. Jules unique approach incorporates her extensive study in biomechanics with the modern application of yoga asana to help teachers develop their craft and empower them with education.



💪 New in 2026: 1-on-1 Yoga Instruction in Indianapolis

One of the most exciting additions to Myriad Yoga in 2026 is private yoga sessions.
This is perfect if you:

  • Deal with tightness, stiffness, or pain
  • Want to improve flexibility or mobility
  • Are recovering from an injury
  • Prefer a personalized approach
  • Seeking strategies for stress relief and management

These sessions are tailored specifically to your needs — similar to personal training, but focused on breathing, recovery, and awareness.
