Intro- only used 33#, practiced technique and wanted to limit stressing my right shoulder
WOD- toughest part were pushups for me

Holy pushups!!!
oHS: 195 felt strong and solid with these.
WoD rounds between 3:10 and 3:50. Situps were the toughest. I would say every 10 situps counted for one cookie this weekend.
