I finally did a rope climb!! (4 actually) I was so excited from the rope climb (and too confident) that I used too much weight (75#) for the WOD and did not complete the last set in the 12′ time cap 🙁 Oh well, at least I can say I finally did a rope climb!
I’m very excited for those that signed up to row on Aug. 4th! Getting out on the water is much more fun than sitting on the erg.
