RUNNING!
You either love it or you don’t.
Very few people sit in the middle and feel neutral about the activity.
In it’s simplest form, running is the most internationally acceptable form of exercise because any one can run anywhere at any time.
However, what do you do when you are injured or physically unable to run?
What do you do when entire industries are built upon this form of exercise but you can’t participate?
You adapt, you modify, you scale, you find alternatives, and you continue to crush your own personal goals.
That’s what Coach Marta and Coach Jared are here to talk about today. They want all Myriad members to know that we will always have options available to substitute running out of a workout to make the workout accessible to you as an individual. Whether that be during a Thursday HYROX class or a Monday morning CrossFit class in 20 degree whether, we will always have options available for our members to make the workout successful for them.
