  2. 12+4 dead lifts. Happy, but wanted more. I got 12+4 box jumps back in March. I also performed it fresh with a crowd around at that time, So I am sure adrenaline would have helped me a little today.
    Great job to everyone tonight! Our community is becoming stronger and faster each and every day!

  3. WOD: 5 rounds plus 7 DL *rx’d
    Fundamentals class: good change of pace. Concentrating on technique without a competition with the class. Also- so great to put faces to names for those that don’t attend my same class time!

  4. 11 round + 6 dead lifts
    somewhat disappointed with that as I got 12 in march but as peter said being fresh and having a crowd can do wonders for an athletes performance
