Summer is coming to an end… kids are back in school… time to refocus on yourself!
This week kicks off a few busy weeks here at Myriad and we want to make sure you are prepared to accomplish your fitness goals by having all the information up front. Coach Jared and Coach Marta walk us through important dates to mark for Level Method Global Assessment Week, HYROX PFT / HYROX CHICAGO Registration, and other events.

- Last Month (August): Squat Endurance
- Monday 8/25: Running Assessment
- Tuesday 8/26 @ 1pm EST: HYROX Chicago Early Access Registration Opens (email sent to all Myriad members).
- Thursday 8/28: HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test) in ALL HYROX Classes at Myriad. **See Below
- Friday 8/29: Weightlifting Assessment
- Thursday 9/4: Rowing Assessment (In HYROX Classes)
- Monday 9/8: Front Squat Assessment + Kettlebell Assessment
- Tuesday 9/9: Upper Body Pull Assessment + Lactic Tolerance Assessment
- Wednesday 9/10: Upper Body Push Assessment + Neurological/Core Assessment
- Thursday 9/11: Deadlift Assessment + HERO WOD “Bradshaw” OR Squat Endurance Assessment
- Friday 9/12: Rings Assessment + Upper/Lower Endurance Assessment
- Saturday 9/13: Aerobic Power Intervals Assessment
- Monday 9/15: HYROX 6 Week Training Course
- – AM Session: 5am-6am
- – PM Session: 630pm – 730pm
- Friday 9/19: Glowga @ 630pm
- Saturday 9/27: Myriad Weightlifting Capital Cup
