What: 2012 CrossFit Games: CrossFit NapTown Competitive Heats When: Saturday, February 25th – Noon – 2:00PM Where: HERE Why: To create a competitive atmosphere and push you beyond your mental limits! How: Please email Coach Jared… jared@crossfitnaptown.com… To be placed in a heat during the 12pm – 2pm time span you must sign up by Thursday at 2pm. I will not track you down. We have 29 Members signed up for the Open as of 11:35am today so we want to make sure heats are set accordingly.

Bring: Friends, Family, and a positive attitude. Let’s show the Central East Region what CFNT is all about in Week 1!   NOTE: Class will be ran as normal Saturday morning at 9:30AM and 10:30 AM. CFNT Members who are NOT competing in the open will get a chance to do the workout then.  Those who are competing can be scored at this time however the Competitive Heats are more so structured for those competing in the Open.  So if you plan on doing a Competitive Heat (which I hope all do) DO NOT plan on doing the 9:30 or 10:30 am class. This has been confusing for many people and for that Peter and I apologize.  But after this first week it will all make sense to everyone.  Its an amazing time in the world of CrossFit and the next 5 weeks are going to be crazy… CraZy Awesome that is!!!  ]]>
