    15 Min AMRAP – 9 Dead Lifts (100lbs)
    12 GSPU’s
    15 Box Jumps (20″)
    7 Rounds + 1 GSPU

  2. I made up Tues workout… That was rough… Truthfully I forget my time but I’m excited because I made it to the top of the rope!!! Yeeeeeeeeeet!
