SWIFT Programming Preview : 5/10-5/15

Monday:
4 movements and a descending rep scheme will start off our week. Lots of biking and a little jumping to build some confidence on double unders!

Tuesday:
A classic conditioning format for Tuesday. Timed intervals with rowing and burpees. You pick how many burpees, but stick with that number all the way through to get the most out of the day!

Wednesday:
Building strong arms and shoulders is the theme for this Swift Wednesday!

Thursday:
Work on your plank today and get a good sweat going as you work through a variety of jump rope, sit ups, and other movements!

Friday:
Come with a friend today for a partner workout. Both partners will do everything together today, the work is not split up. Finish off the work week with some running and shoulder building fun!

Saturday:
Burpees and carries with your partner to finish off the week!
