SWIFT Weekly Programming Preview : 5/3-5/8

A nice mix of movements to start off the week. The reps are going up and the clock is ticking down!

Exploring some different intensities on the bike today. When it is time for the workout, you can choose what works best for you-and your jump rope skills.

Expect a full body workout today with lots of squatting and pressing. A fast core movement will complete the movements for the workout.

Shoulder stability, bodybuilding movements, and grip work  make up the bulk of Thursdays Swift class. A pyramid style workout will combine all of these elements into a super sweaty workout.

A chipper will end the work week for swift, come ready for some running, jumping, and more!
