“For Time” with Myriad – Episode #40

Here we are in the middle of our global assessments with The Level Method and our CrossFit members are LOVING IT!!!

More importantly… look who is on camera! The one. The only. Coach Richie!!!

Coach Richie and Coach Jared sit down to talk about key findings from the first week and a half of doing the Level Method at Myriad CrossFit.

Some of those findings include:
1. REST is still important: Don’t force yourself through assessments if your body is not ready.

2. Find a baseline: These aren’t meant to all be 100% effort, max out days. That’s not sustainable.

3. “Get on the Map”: We will be doing these assessments again. Right now we are focused on a starting point for your fitness.

4. Lots of opportunities to do the assessments: Don’t stress out over missing an assessment. We can always find time to make them up and get you on the map for that specific test.

All in all, we are PUMPED!
The Myriad CrossFit community is buzzing and we know why because we feel the same energy.
