“For Time” with Myriad – Episode #95
Ready to train for HYROX but not ready to run outside?
Great at running but need some work on your other HYROX movements?

This program is for YOU!
Join us for a 12-Week HYROX Strength Training Program that allows you to work on the skills, strength and mobility demands of a HYROX race, while the weather isn’t so ideal for running. This program will feature targeted movements including squatting, pressing, rowing, lunging and resistance training, designed to prepare you for EVERY aspect of a HYROX race. Your program will include [3] days of training which can be completed at our coached sessions in the gym. It will also include [1] at-home cardio workout which you may complete on your own, or at the gym during our Open Gym hours.
DATES:
Monday, December 1st – March 1st
*Meets every Monday / Wednesday / Friday
**Cardio workout performed on your own
TIMES:
Morning : 6:30 am – 7:30 am
Midday: 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
*Come at any 60-minute window during this time
