Whether you’re chasing points or just showing up for the fun, this CrossFit Intramural Open recap has everything you need to know.

🏆 Current Standings After Week 3

After three weeks of workouts, here’s how the teams stack up:

  • 🥇 Freaky Frogs — 634 points
  • 🥈 50 Shades of Gray — 527 points

The Frogs are holding a strong lead, but with one week left, the competition is still wide open. One big performance in the final week could completely shake up the standings.

💪 Workout 26.3 Recap: “Spicy, Gnarly, Cooked”

If you asked members to describe Workout 26.3 in one word, you’d hear:

  • Spicy 🌶️
  • Gnarly 😵
  • Cooked 🔥

This workout was all about endurance and pacing, pushing athletes to their limits both physically and mentally. It wasn’t just about strength—it was about who could stay composed and keep moving when things got tough.

🥇 RX Division Results (Team Gray Sweep)

Team Gray came in with a dominant performance, sweeping both the men’s and women’s RX divisions:

Men’s RX:

  • 1st: Richie
  • 2nd: Jason
  • 3rd: Mickey

Women’s RX:

  • 1st: Meghan
  • 2nd: Marta
  • 3rd: Grace

A full sweep like this is rare—and it made a major impact on the leaderboard.

🐸 Scaled Division Highlights (Freaky Frogs Take Over)

The Freaky Frogs showed their depth in the scaled division:

Men’s Scaled:

  • 1st: Harry
  • 2nd: Mark

Women’s Scaled:

  • 1st: Brooke
  • 2nd: Lorraine
  • 3rd: Sarah

Big points, big energy, and a big reason they’re still sitting in first place.
