Push Press: 95-135-155-165(F on last rep)- 165
Bench Press: 135-155-185-205-225-225-205(4) — 30 pushups
gonna rest another day but did the bench workout 2 weeks ago. weights were:
205/215/220/235/250/270/240(4)
4:23 on 12 reps fs & 20 pull ups x 3 for sundays wod.
Bench sucked today. Nursing bad shoulder. Failed at 315. Almost crushed me.

Thought I was going to have a bad day from feeling groggy from new diet and losing a couple pounds, but pr’d on both push press and bench tonight.

-did more than the 5 rounds because there was time and I was pushing myself with weight- PR with 83#
Bench Press_33, 43, 53, 63, 73, 83, 63 – 6 reps
-followed by 21 tough pushups
While it may not look like much still- I am definitely getting stronger from all my time at CFNT. Yay!
