Bootcamp Weekly Preview : 7/25-7/31

Monday:
getting things going with a rotating EMOM of unilateral work for a nice start to the day. Our workout will feature a great mix of bodyweight work, DBs, and cardio in a nice interval piece.

Tuesday:
working into a nice long AMRAP for today’s fitness fun. Get ready to run, wall ball, and twist today!

Wednesday:
more accessory work to get our day started – working through lots of shoulder accessory work with some lighter weight. Our workout will be an ascending ladder of cardio work with a machine and a jump rope for a nice sweat session.

Thursday:
today’s workout will start and end with a nice hollow body cash in and cash out. In the middle, will be a spicy triplet of gymnastics and KB work.

Friday:
closing out the work week with 1:00 intervals full of DBs, slam balls, and bodyweight work to get us moving before the weekend.

Saturday:
working into a longer chipper today – you will work through 100 reps of a few different movements with a nice carry to break things up between movements.
