It’s time to meet Coach Stephen! Stephen has been with Myriad just a little over two years, but has been a fitness coach for seven years in total. The ability to create spaces for individuals to move and to connect to their bodies is what draws Stephen to coaching. That, and the capacity to help support their goals and experiences. Depending on the day, his classic movements tend to be big compound movements such as pull-ups, squatting, lunging and dead-lifting. Other favs include running and biking. While not hanging about the gym, Stephen enjoys cooking and is frequently sharing highlight of his interesting combos and food favs with the team (which we all thoroughly enjoy). He enjoys spending time with his partner and friends, working on projects around the house and, sending people memes (same).
