Join us for a 4-Week Beginner Foundations Series where you will be guided through the basics of CrossFit within a group setting. Led by Coaches Jared Byczko and Anna Rode, this accessible series will give you consistent coaching and attention with a group of no more than 8 individuals. With two classes per week, you will learn through repetition and become familiar with a routine class. Ramp Up to CrossFit is geared towards anyone who is looking to get into CrossFit for both the movements and the community.

Time: Every MON + WED, 6:30 – 7:30 am

Investment: $229/4-weeks **includes access to all Move and Yoga classes (excluding Aerial)
