Myriad Health + Fitness will be hosting a six-week kids series starting Sunday, March 12 for both littles + bigs. This session will combine fitness + yoga into a 45-minute course to encourage kids to be active + learn to self-regulate using meditation + yoga. The first session will be for ages 2 – 5 at 9 am + the second session will be for ages 6 -12 at 10 am. We will not have a session on Sunday, April 9, in observance of the Easter holiday. There will be a limit of 8 kids per class, so sign up early to save your spot!
**We will need at least three kids for each session to hold the series.

Tiffianie King –a Certified 200 HR Vinyasa Yoga/Meditation Trainer also holds an MS Educational Psychology with over 15 plus years experience working with youth + families in urban communities. Coach Tiffianie (as she like to be called) enjoys working with children. She has a passion for creating outlets where children feel safe + secure spaces where all participants are treated fairly with empowerment + respect.
