Join Madison Baldini in a workshop that will focus on the strength and awareness to take your practice upside down. Whether you’re gaining the confidence to begin inversions or already comfortable upside down, this workshop is for you!
In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore inversions such as headstand, forearm stand, and handstand, with drills, variations, and challenges along the way! From your fingers to your toes, we will work on how to engage the body properly and safely to build our inversion practice.
With a focus on stretching and strengthening drills to help support and activate the muscles needed, we will learn to safely enter and exit our inversions. Partner/group work and individual practice will help deepen your understanding of the upside down while building trust with yourself to explore inversion practice. Always remember, you are capable of more than you think!
