To introduce the community to our newest program, we are hosting a weightlifting open house on May 14th! The schedule will run as follows:
8:30-9:30am – Weightlifting for Fitnessers class: Coach Dan will be leading a weightlifting class for our current CrossFit and Bootcamp members to introduce you to his style of coaching and give you the feel for how the weightlifting program is run
9:30-10:00am – Q&A with Dan: this is your opportunity to ask Dan any questions that you have about weightlifting in general and the Myriad program specifically.
10:00-11:00am – Myriad Weightlifting Session: our current weightlifters will be training in the weightlifting space for anyone curious to watch and see what the program looks like in action!
11:00am-12:00pm – Coffee & Donuts: we will wrap up the day with coffee and donuts in the members lounge
