Within asana, our poses always go somewhere – but where do they go and how do we connect them while exploring our creativity? We challenge our patterns by not knowing exactly where we are going but learning along the way. Join us for a playful practice full of techniques and twists to work the heat in the body. This workshop will be core heavy as we focus on transitions for spicy poses such as arm balances, inversions and more. It won’t matter where you land, but that you carried yourself through the fire with a focused intention and a playful spirit.
