Yoga Therapy is a safe way of working with the natural capacity of your body and mind to optimize your well-being. This practice uses the specific application of yogic tools – postures/exercises, breath work, meditation techniques and more – to address an individual/s physical, mental and emotional needs. Yoga therapy can offer support for a range of concerns including: pain, neurologic issues, mental health, mobility issues, illness and healthy aging.
