You are not required to pre-register for class. However we recommend pre-registering when you are able. This allows our teachers and coaches to know which and how many participants to expect so that they may appropriately set up and prepare for classes. On the same note, if you pre-register but can no longer make it to class, please cancel your registration to give your teacher or coach notice. Cancellation fees will not apply except in the case of Aerial Yoga or Personal Training Sessions. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.
There is no class cap for CrossFit, MOVE or Weightlifting Sessions. Our gym has adequate space and equipment for larger group sizes if needed. Class caps do apply to Yoga classes and workshops. As a smaller studio, we rarely hit our class cap for regular studio mat classes, but workshops and specialty classes do sell out – for these we recommend signing up early. Aerial Yoga has a smaller class cap due to the necessity of space for the hammocks. Classes are capped at 8 students, we recommend you sign up early for Aerial Yoga.
Myriad does not offer open gym-only memberships. We believe that quality coaching and teaching is essential to efficiently hitting your personal health + fitness goals. Our specialty and focus is on coach and teacher led group fitness, training and yoga; and on personal training.

For CrossFit classes, we ask that you arrive no later than 5 minutes after the start of class. It is essential that you arrive on time so that you can hear the details of the workout during the coaches brief. This also ensures that you arrive with adequate time to properly warm-up and prepare for the workout of the day.
For regular Yoga mat classes, students are allowed to arrive up to 10 minutes late. Please enter the room quietly and consciously so as not to disturb other students.
For Aerial Yoga classes, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for class to allow time for the teacher to get your hammock set to the proper height. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the class start time you will not be admitted into class. This is to respect the class for all participating students.
For Virtual Yoga classes, please sign into class no less than 5 minutes before class starts. Once class has started, your admittance cannot be guaranteed.
At the gym, cubbies are provided both in the lobby and the restrooms for you to store your belongings. Boot trays are available for you to place messy outside shoes during the winter months. We ask that you leave anything you don’t need while working out inside of the cubbies to keep our workout space free and clear.
At the yoga studio, cubbies are provided in the lobby for you to store belongings during classes. Shoe racks are provided just inside the lobby which we ask you to use, to help keep our studio floors clean. We ask that students DO NOT bring cell phones into the studio unless they are emergency service workers needing access to their phones. Myriad Yoga recommends that you leave smart watches outside the room as well to protect the boundaries of your personal time on the mat.
Showers are available in each of our restrooms for your use. Showers are equipped with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner as needed. We ask that you do not leave your personal showering items at the gym to keep the space clean for all Members.
Showers are not available in the Yoga studio, but Yoga Students may utilize the gym showers.
Three restrooms are available in the gym – Women’s, Men’s, and Inclusive-single use. All restrooms have showers, and the Inclusive restroom has a changing station as well for babies. Restrooms are equipped with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, mouth wash, hair ties, and tampons available for your convenience. We ask that you do not leave personal items in the restrooms to keep the space clean for all Members.
Myriad Yoga does not have restrooms inside of the studio. Public restrooms are available inside of the Stutz building in addition to the gym restrooms. Allow yourself an extra 5 – 10 minutes before class if needed. You may ask your Teacher upon arrival where to find the restrooms. Maps are posted inside of the studio as well.
Myriad recommends that you arrive with your own personal water bottle as you are able. Water fountains are available in the gym, and water is for sale in the lobby. Water is not available at the Yoga studio. We recommend bringing your own water bottle. There is a water refill station near the public Stutz restrooms which you may access.
The gym does have a ramp to enter the lobby though we do not have handicap access buttons on the doors. While the floors are covered in rubber mats, the floor at the gym is uneven in certain areas.
There are no stairs leading to Myriad Yoga or inside of the studio however we do not have handicap access buttons to the doors. While the studios themselves have smooth even floors, the lobby does have a few rugs laid across the floor.

Due to class capacity and the popularity of our Aerial Yoga classes, pre-registered students must cancel their registration for class 24-hours ahead of class time. This helps to ensure that students registered on the waitlist have appropriate notice to arrange their schedules for class.
Failure to cancel 24-hours ahead will result in a $10 cancellation fee and the forfeit of the Aerial Yoga drop-in cost. Exceptions for emergency situations may apply.
In the event that a student is moved from the waitlist to enrollment within 24-hours of the class, they will not be charged a fee for cancellations. When students are moved up from the waitlist day-of, we ask that they cancel as soon as they know they are not able to make it to class.
