SWIFT Programming Preview : 5/31-6/5

Monday:
Celebrate Memorial Day with Mini Murph!

Tuesday:
Recover from Monday with some biking, core work, and some light weight DB movement!

Wednesday:
Grip, swinging, and pulling all come into play for a nice 20 minute AMRAP today.

Thursday:
Thursday brings some accessory work followed by a leg, cardio and shoulder triplet with built in rest to keep things spicy!

Friday:
A descending rep scheme that will keep you moving and sweating your way through Friday. Pack your jump rope to be ready for this spicy triplet.

Saturday:
End the week and kick off the weekend with a mix of rowing and swift movements to get you sweating, breathing, and moving! After a descending ladder on Friday, we will be switching things up with an ascending ladder today that will start off quick and get spicier as you go along with building reps.
