Monday is going to start our week out with an amrap to see how hard we can push after a great week of recovery! Class will tie together with a spicy core piece to ensure we feel every laugh of the week!
Booty work and burpees are the theme of our day, we’ll hit some goblet squats and KB facing burpees for time, followed by some less intense leg work to help get our rump pump on!
Wednesday is a nice long EMOM to keep us focused and moving through the week. Our remaining time will be spent on some accessory work for our shoulders.
Grab a partner and your favorite cardio machine! We’ve got a You Go, I Go style workout to change things up for the week.
Friday is going to focus on some hip and leg strength/stability work after we hit some deadlifts and sit ups on repeat, to send us into the weekend!
How fast can you do your burpees? We’re about to find out! Get them done as fast as possible or cruise through, there’s a surprise at the top of every minute. We will cool down as a class again today and then send you into a nice saturday afternoon!
