THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU!!!
The 4-week program will feature targeted accessory movements including squatting, pressing, rowing, lunging and resistance training, designed to prepare you for EVERY aspect of a HYROX race. All workouts feature guided training programs completed at your own pace. All cardio workouts will focus heavily on the Rogue Echo Bike, so that you can feel prepared for our first annual BikeROX! Who is this for? This training is great for anyone looking for Winter HYROX training, or anyone looking to prepare for our January BikeROX race!
Details:
What: 4-week program including 3 days of accessory and strength training per week plus 1 Echo bike workout per week
When: Begins January 5th, runs through January 30th
Time: Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays – two sessions to choose from:
- 6:30 – 7:30 am
- 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Investment: $170 / 4 weeks of training
