The Midsummer Reset is meant to be a time to check in on how you are doing overall. Think lifestyle and habit-building routines: nutrition, sleep, mental health. Good habits in these area help you feel better overall. Awesome bonus — they’ll impact your fitness + yoga in a positive way as well!
How to play:
β Pick up your “road map” in the lobby
π€ Choose 1 – 3 habits from our suggested list that you want to focus on from June 1st – June 21st.
π Record your chosen habits and track how many times you complete it through the 21 days.
π§Ί Drop your card off in the lobby by June 27th.
ποΈ Receive ONE raffle ticket for each time the habit is completed.
π Be entered into a raffle to receive one month FREE Unlimited Membership!
