NEW Class Additions
We are so excited to share that Myriad Yoga has built new class options for the 2026 yoga schedule! In fall of 2025, we sent out a Member survey to check-in on our schedule and see how we could better serve our population. Based on those results and other historical data, we have adjusted class times and added classes to accommodate requests.
What do the new class names mean?
You have likely notice that many of the yoga classes have new names. WHY?
Previously, class names were simplified, distilling the class style, theming and representation down to one word (Flow, Align, Stretch, Restore, Aerial). As the studio has grown and adapted, and has we have settled into who we are as Myriad Yoga, we realized that these class names no longer accurately described what we were offering. Previous class names were handed down from the old days as Practice Indie (the studio name pre-2022), and we were ready to step into our own.
Class names now align with specific Yoga styles and lineages, and give more description to what the student may expect as far as pacing and class components (ex: Vinyasa Slow Flow). Also included are a few themed classes so that Students may expect a certain experience each time they arrive to these special themed classes.
Our hope is that these names guide you to the class style that is exactly what you need on any given day. Please review our flow chart below that shows you how older classes you attended have been renamed on the schedule.
