The 12-week program will feature targeted accessory movements including squatting, pressing, rowing, lunging and resistance training, designed to prepare you for EVERY aspect of a HYROX race. All workouts feature guided training programs completed at your own pace. MORE DETAILS HERE

Details:

What: 12-week program including 3 days of accessory and strength training per week plus 1 cardio workout

When: Begins December 1st, runs through March 1st

Time: Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays – two sessions to choose from:

  • 6:30 – 7:30 am
  • 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Investment: $170 / month
